To begin this course, youll review some of the basics of communication. Then, youll learn how to make small talk, develop conversations, speak well, dress appropriately, and control nervousness. This course will teach you how to use a variety of planning and scheduling tools, including the work breakdown structure, network diagrams, program evaluation and review technique (PERT), and Gantt charts.
